Chris Brown - Complicated ft. Asher Roth
A preview of this track was floating around back in the summer months. Now, we have the full CDQ version for all to enjoy. Before Breezy's album F.A.M.E. dropped, Asher was mentioned as one of the artists that was scheduled to be featured on it. Since the album has now been out and there was no sighting of Roth, we can assume that this track came from the F.A.M.E. recording sessions, but did not make the final cut for whatever reason.

Mac Lethal - Look At Me Now Freestyle [Video]
For whatever reason, Mac decided to label this video "Nerdy white kid KILLS "Look at me now" (while cooking)". Guessing he thought that that would generate more views, since way too many people aren't aware of what a Mac Lethal is. Similar to his response video to "Pale Kid Raps Fast", Mac lets loose some quick bars over the very popular "Look At Me Now" track and proves that he can compete with any of the other choppers in the game. Nickelback - Here and Now
For more than a decade Nickelback has been rockin' it with their heavy riffs and Kroegers amazing vocals. However, I regret to inform you that Nickelback fans may be a little disappointed with their new album Here and Now. As Nickelback has squeezed its way into the mainstream it seems (and I hate to say this) that they have been just phoning it in as of late. Their last album Dark Horse showed some symptoms of pop-rock fever but this years Here and Now has got it full blown. The musical arrangement has is weak compared to previous albums and the lyrics are even weaker. Here's one of the more solid songs on the album, "Midnight Queen" but, I'll let you decide for yourself.

Kenton Dunson - Beautiful Fight [Video]
"The theme of this track is universal but it came from a very personal place. I was sitting at a keyboard during a session and started playing with a piano/vocal idea. I didn't like it after a few listens..so I sampled and chopped it. "Beautiful Fight" was born. I stepped to the mic and went on an honest vent about my venture as an artist. Eventually I found that people could relate it to their own situation. The title itself is oxymoronic but it's ultimately an optimistic song. This is definitely a fight, but as long as you know why you started it, you'll figure out how to finish it.
I was fortunate to link up with AtomEvolve, an immensely talented video production crew. They are pure artists. They have the same approach to their craft as I do to my own. They were fans of the music before the video shoot even came into consideration. So this turned out to be an amazing experience where we collectively took the song to the next level." - Kenton Dunson

There was no way I was missing two weeks in a row of #PhilAdeFridays. This time he links up with Kevin Ross on the hook.
will.i.am - T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever) ft. Mick Jagger & Jennifer Lopez
Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am has the exceptional ability to stay one-step ahead of the music business when it comes to the sound of his music (look back to Black Eyed Peas hits from years ago and tell me the sound isn't very similar to music dropping now). With the first single from his solo album, #WillPower, he links up with Mick Jagger and the beautiful Jennifer Lopez for a sure-fire radio hit.

Justin Bieber Hot 97 Freestyle [Video]
Again?! And the crazy part is that this kid is actually getting better. Could Biebs actually turn his post-puberty years into a rap career? Or if the rumors are true that Luda writes all his lyrics for him just making this a short-lived gimmick. Anyway, check out JB kick some bars at New York's Hot97 with Cipha Sounds, Rosenberg, and K. Foxx.

Mac Miller on Debuting #1 on Billboard [Video]
While on his tour bus, Mac chops it up with Sway on MTV's RapFix to discuss the success of his debut album, Blue Slide Park. That makes him the first indie artist to reach that feat since Tha Dogg Pound did so in 1995. Also, despite not reaching the 50k pre-orders, he plans on donating the $50k to the Make-A-Wish Foundation anyway that he had promised for that milestone. Good man.

Dinner W/ Action Bronson & Statik Selektah (Part 1) [Video]
You gotta go cop that Well Done album when it hits stores November 22nd.
"In Part 1 of this web series, hilarity ensues when Action Bronson and Statik Selektah hit the town for an upscale Italian dinner. Somewhere in between smoking a Trippy Stick in the restaurant and debating whether drinking 40 oz's through a straw gets you drunker, Action and Statik enjoyed a nice meal."Previous: Action Bronson & Statik Selektah - Not Enough Words

Four Year Strong - Stuck In The Middle
Based out of Massachusetts, Four Year Strong is, for lack of a better metaphor, music to my ears. It's refreshing to hear some good old fashioned, passionate, emotionally driven hard rock, and these guys do just that. Here's a tune from their new album In Some Way, Shape, or Form.
