According to TMZ, old Jimmy boy was arrested and held custody today in NYC today for driving on a suspended license. Seems like a pretty minor incident, so I'm thinking he's doing it as a publicity stunt for his album, Capo, that's dropping April 5th. Probably not, but I'm sure a lot of people are going to hear about his album for the first time when they're watching the news and hear about this incident.
